Starters include the amazing corn soup which is on the regular menu. Another delight was the special salad with seasonal fruit, feta, pesto and a light dressing.
Entrées include a Cauliflower Steak topped with cucumbers, tomatoes and capers. Or, pasta lovers will enjoy chicken with olives, capers, chicken and confit tomato. A beautiful, light sauce lets the ingredients shine without being overpowered. One of the favorites and a stand out, is the Short Rib Tortellini with sunchoke puree and black truffle. The little purses of pasta are delicate and feature amazing short rib meat perfectly prepared.
No one can refuse dessert with a number of options including Warm Chocolate Tart, Sorbet, and Coconut cake. A feast for the eyes and the palate is the Lemon Cake. A light and airy cake made with almond flour and blueberries and topped with candied pecans and sorbet. The colors explode on the plate and the taste is equally luxurious. A perfect summer dessert.
