February is here and Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching. Whether you are spending it
with a loved one or are simply getting together with friends and doing a “Galentine’s Day” you
will want to look your best.
If there is no time to get to your hairdresser for a blowout before your evening plans then
here are a few steps to get you through and refreshen that style before you head out the door.
First start with your favorite dry shampoo, spray at your roots and work onto the scalp, massaging it in with your finger tips. This will absorb any oils and add body back into your hair.
Once that is done, and blow dry your dry hair while your head is flipped over, for added volume.
Next, using your brush and blow dryer, blow out your hair as if it was wet. You can do this by taking sections and styling your already dry hair with the brush, this will refreshen your style.
If you are looking for a little more volume, after each section, use your brush and wrap the hair in a Velcro roller and hit it with heat from the dryer. Let the rollers stay in your hair until the hair cools down. Remove rollers and either brush through hair or just take your fingers and run through to break up section, give it a light spray for some hold.
